If you’re booking
Does it cost anything to book?
No. Creating an account and booking appointments is free.
Is my appointment confirmed straight away?
Your chosen time is held for you the moment you send the request. The business then approves it, usually quickly, and you get an e-mail either way.
Can I change or cancel?
Yes, online, until the cut-off the business has set (often 24 hours before). Moving an approved booking sends it back for a quick re-approval.
Who can see my documents?
Only you and the business you booked with. Files are stored privately and are never publicly linked.
If you take bookings
Can each branch have different hours?
Yes. Every branch has its own weekly hours, appointment length, gap between appointments and booking rules.
What stops two people booking the same time?
Each time slot can only be held by one active booking, enforced by the database itself, so even two people pressing the button at the same instant can’t clash.
How do I close for a holiday?
Open the branch calendar, choose “Whole days” and pick the dates. Anything already booked stays put, and you’re told about it.
Can I add walk-in or phone bookings?
Yes. Create an appointment for any free slot; it’s confirmed immediately and the customer is e-mailed.
