What we collect
Your name, e-mail address and phone number; the appointments you request, including their reason and notes; any documents you attach; and a record of changes to each booking (who changed it, when, and from which network address).
Why we use it
To make and manage your appointments, to let the business you book with review your request, to send you e-mails about each booking, and to keep an accurate history of what happened to it.
Who can see it
Only you and the business you book with can see a booking and its documents. Other customers only ever see that a time is taken, never who took it. Attachments are stored privately and are never publicly linked.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept so that you and the business have a reliable history. You can delete your account from your profile at any time; past bookings remain on the business’s records.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data. Write to hello@kalenda.test.
